About Sarah
With more than 30 years of combined experience as a caring midwife, holistic pelvic therapist, women’s functional and integrative medicine practitioner, and lactation consultant, Sarah Mitchell has joyfully supported over 5,000 women through her expertise, compassion, and gentle touch. Her guiding motto is “Nourishing Your Body, Heart & Lady Parts.”
Sarah, a dedicated mom, faced many tough nights and the challenge of chasing after her daughter. Despite her stress, anxiety, and health issues like frequent UTIs, low libido, and unexpected laughing accidents, she showed incredible resilience. As someone with a background in health sciences, midwifery, and somatic therapies, I personally understand the frustration of seeking help for symptoms like brain fog, insomnia, and mood swings, only to be told everything looks fine. These symptoms can be so confusing and impactful, touching every part of our lives. It’s these personal experiences that inspired me to pursue healing — for myself and for women like you. I truly believe in the power of understanding and support to help us thrive.
Sarah holds a belief in the interconnectedness of all bodily systems, perceiving it as a cohesive whole with a singular divine architecture. Complementing her formal education, her approach has been shaped by traditional healing modalities that recognize the significance of the spirit within the body and its intrinsic connection to overall wellness. Sarah endeavors to foster balance, vitality, and profundity in her professional practice to deliver an enriching, nourishing, and healing experience.
Always keep in mind that you know your body best, and healing isn't the same for everyone. Finding a provider who specializes in somatic therapy and holistic well-woman care can really help address the underlying causes of these symptoms, helping you bring back your vibrancy, vitality, and joy.
When she's not busy harvesting fresh basil from her garden with her lovable 95-pound Italian dog, Sarah truly enjoys dancing and cooking—sometimes even at the same time right in her own kitchen!
